Mannlicher Schoenauer Model MC bolt action rifle made by Steyr in Austria between 1956 and 1961 and imported by Stoeger Arms, New York. 22" blued round barrel with hooded ramp front sight and 2 blade notch rear sight. Blued action with wing and side safety, polished GK handle butterknife bolt with G&H sidemount base for scope mounting with receiver marked "MADE IN AUSTRIA / ORIGINAL MANNLICHER SCHOENAUER / MOD MC / KAL 30-06". Receiver has a Stoeger marked floorplate with single trigger. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with Herman Goering style dished cheekpiece, black hard rubber buttplate, and grip cap with ebony nosepiece and European style sling swivels and white spacers. Comes with leather sling. CONDITION: 90% original blue with stock having some traces of original varnish. Good bore, mechanics. DLM
