Winchester Model 70 Featherweight manufactured circa 1955 and chambered in .30-06 Springfield. Featuring a slim tapered 22" steel barrel with front sight shaved down and rear dovetail plug installed. Hollowed bolt handle with matching electro penciled serial number and 3-position safety. Aluminum trigger guard and hinged floorplate. Fitted with 2-piece Weaver scope bases and rings with attached Weaver KV scope. Checkered walnut low comb stock with bow sling swivels and installed rubber recoil pad. Includes leather sling. CONDITION: Good overall with most original finish remaining. Signs of light oxidation throughout. Floor plate turning a silver patina with finish flaking. Semi-dark bore with visible rifling. Handling marks throughout stock. Good mechanics. GFP.
