Introduced 1915. Very early example with serial number 6944. 6-1/2" barrel with blue finish and checkered walnut grips with gold medallions. Extensively British proofed on barrel, cylinder, and frame. Marked "NOT BRITISH MADE" on lower right side of frame. Matching numbers on barrel, frame and cylinder. Case colored hammer and trigger as well as lanyard. CONDITION: Very fine with excellent bore and over 90% bright factory blue remaining. Action operates properly. Grips are very good and without numbers internally. TDW
