This revolver falls into the Model 1917 U.S. Army range. The only visible military mark is the Gilbert Stewart inspector stamp on left side of frame. No other army markings visible. Revolver has been nickel plated, Matching numbers on cylinder and barrel. Sharp legends. Case color hammer and trigger. Diamond checkered gold medallion walnut grips are very good, not numbered. Lanyard ring is present. Retains 90% nickel with razor sharp lines. Indexes fine with a strong, clean bore.
