Manufactured 1946. This is an early transition five screw, built on the N target frame during first year post war production in factory blue finish, six shot with case colored hammer and trigger and sports silver medallion diamond checkered Magna walnut grips numbered to another gun. All matching numbers. Gun has seen little use, retains about 98% original finish with light drag line and a touch of high edge wear. Grips are excellent to near mint. Bright colors. Fine action and near mint bore. Lovely high condition early post-war.
