World War II issued Model 720 12 gauge riot gun. blued finish with secondary military polish. Two piece walnut stocks and bead front sight. The Savage Model 720 was used extensively during World War II and post-War by US Military personnel and police. Inspected "P" over ordnance bomb and U.S. on left side of receiver. Small "P" with Ordnance bomb inspection on chamber of barrel. CONDITION: Good with over 90% blue finish remaining with slight edge wear as well a cold blue applied to trigger guard tang. Stocks are good with a slight 1/8" gap at confluence of butt with receiver from possible shrinkage or replacement. Bore and mechanics are excellent.
