Springfield Model 03-A3 made by Smith-Corona in 1943. Barrel marked "SC" and dated 4-43. "R" marked bolt for Remington manufacture. Walnut wood stock with "FJA" inspector stamps and Remington stamped trigger guard, buttplate was manufactured by Remington. Adjustable rear sight and hooded front. Comes with period style green woven sling. CONDITION: 80% remaining of an arsenal refinish with sanded and cleaned stock with mismatched parts. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
