28" barrel in .25-20 SS caliber. Manufactured 1900. Features full octagon barrel, original Winchester sporting sights, blued finish, walnut buttstock, rifle butt, and walnut forend with ebony inset. All legends are strong. Barrel is a pleasing mix of blue-brown patina with wear high edges of flats. Frame retains approximately 15% original factory blue, balance brown patina. Stocks are very good to excellent, no cracks, and proud to metal. Right side of stock appears as if it got too close to a fire and is burned on over half of its surface. Perfect action. Very good rifled bore.
