Standard pre-War classic style with long fore-end, post front sight, saddle ring and stud with carbine butt-plate. Stocks are walnut. CONDITION: Barrel has a faded blue appearance mixing with patina and sharp legends. Frame retains about 75% original bright factory blue that is faded on edges and mixing with smooth patina, still very sharp. Stocks are slightly shy to metal and were refinished and varnished at one time. Sharp rifled bore with frosted grooves. Great action. A very clean and presentable old style Model 1894 carbine in the classic 30-30 caliber.
