30" monobloc barrels with dual beads on slightly raised partially vent rib with file cut matting. Barrels signed on one side "Abbiatico & Salvinelli" and "MADE FOR DEWING'S FLY AND GUN" on other. Barrels have been fitted with Rhino chokes (currently with Skeet II and Skeet), and ported to help control recoil for faster follow up shots. Barrel flats with appropriate Italian proofs for 12 Gauge, 3" chambers, barrels with nitro, chamber, and IBD proofs. Thin geometric line engraving at breech. Forearm checkered in point pattern around central pull button release, with release and exterior iron with laser-cut florals and scroll. Excalibur round body action is masterfully engraved with tight scroll, with "ABBIATICO & SALVINELLI" in ribbons flanked by bouquets of roses. Engraving is signed by "G. Poli" next to trigger guard. Recoil shields are relief carved with scroll. Non-automatic safety with single selective inertia driven trigger. Blued trigger guard with laser engraving en suite with forearm. Nicely straight grained stock is checkered with point pattern at pistol grip. Black line spacer with KICK-EEZ pad. Housed in blue and tan Negrini case with Famars logo in on lid and accessories comprising stock wrench and additional chokes as follows: Rhino Imp Mod, Light Mod, Full, Extra Full, Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, and Mod; Beretta Imp Mod; Briley Skeet; Unmarked choke with 1 hash in crown (full?). CONDITION: Very good as field use, with some marks from handling. Barrels retain the vast majority of their bluing with some silvering underneath the forearm at contact points. Forearm is very good with no visible cracks and one infinitesimal chip at rear. Action is very good, crisp throughout, and a smooth storm grey in color. Stock is very good with some handling marks; one tight crack is present on left side and runs from trigger guard up into checkering, approximately 1 - 1/4", with tip of crack repaired by wood fill. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bores are very good, smooth, with some evidence of use. Ejectors are slight out of time, with bottom firing first. Safety is a touch loose and will still fire unless actively pulled down. Case has some peeling of trim but is otherwise very good with some scrapes and rubs from use. Case code currently set to 282.
