HK91 semi-automatic rifle chambered in .308 Winchester manufactured by Heckler & Koch in 1979. Left side of receiver bears stampings stipulating the model designation and serial number above an "(Eagle) / N" commercial nitro proof, "HK" (79) date code, as well as an Ulm Proof House stamp. Right side of receiver bears the importer information and caliber designation. Metal components exhibit a matte gray enamel finish, with the forend, pistol grip, and buttstock comprised of black polymer. Receiver is mounted with a Single Point Occluded Eye Gunsight. Additional features include birdcage flash hider, bipod, standard configuration HK front and rear sights, adjustable cheek rest, as well as a brown leather sling. Rifle is accompanied by 1 stamped bipod assembly in a green canvas pouch, 2 "U.S." marked green polyester magazine pouches containing 3 additional magazines, as well as an original bayonet with its scabbard. CONDITION: Excellent overall, with metal components retaining the vast majority of their original factory applied gray enamel finish, exhibiting some mild superficial marks from storage and handling. Mirror bore, exhibiting sharp and well defined rifling throughout. Polymer furniture is excellent. An exceptional example of a desirable Heckler & Koch HK91 semi-automatic rifle. MLW
