Absolutely beautiful Auto Ordnance 1928 Thompson manufactured in West Hurley, New York, in great condition with a nice assortment of accessories. Ten 30 round stick magazines in green web carrying pouch, Two contemporary 50 round drums, one of which is still in its original cardboard container with pebble finished oiler, and two contemporary 100 round drums. Gun has familiar Auto-Ordnance and Model 1928 markings on receiver with bullet logo Cutts compensator. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine original lustrous blue finish throughout with some loss of finish where charging handle rides in and on the high edges of the receiver. Wood is extremely fine to near excellent with some light handling marks on the buttstock. Magazines and drums have near excellent lustrous original finish. Pouch is extremely fine. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is extremely fine, shiny and bright. Bolt is extremely fine with typical loss of finish from firing. This is a select fire machine gun. A really nice grouping of a Thompson with plenty of magazines. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER.
