4 position diopter drum rear sight and hooded post front sight. Bolt marked with IG date code for 1986, "191" and German nitro proof. Top of receiver with "HK MP5" and "10020" with normal proofs for nitro proofing at Ulm in 1986. Rear sight retained by a screw. Added paddle magazine release, push button intact and works appropriately. Tri-lug barrel. A2 fixed stock and forearm. Left side of receiver with "M. ROLLENDER, CONCORD, MA.", presumably Form 1 engraving. Single 30 round banana magazine. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from Dyer identifying this gun by serial number as inspected, refinished, and upgraded by him. CONDITION: Fine as professionally converted and refinished by Dyer, retains virtually all of the finishes with a minor marks from handling and operation. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is excellent, bright and shiny, with sharp rifling. Bolt face is fine with some minor evidence of use. An iconic weapons system ready to roll. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4 AS A SHORT BARRELED RIFLE. EW
