Originally built circa 1979 or 1980 as a semi automatic stainless Enforcer style M1 Carbine style pistol by Iver Johnson and later converted to a short barrel rifle. This carbine features a 9 - 1/4" barrel chambered in .30 Carbine with blade front sight and adjustable aperture rear graduated to 300 yards. Stock is a Universal paratrooper with hardwood body, pistol grip, stainless underfolding stock, and perforated hand guard. The stock has been shortened slightly at the front to accommodate the short barrel. An added web sling is also included with this lot. CONDITION: Very good overall. Metal components retain the vast majority of their factory finishes with some light wear and staining from storage and use. Stock is good as modified with some areas left finish and some scattered dings. Very fine bright bore. Mechanically fine. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4 AS A SHORT BARRELED RIFLE. BAS
