Mills Novelty produced this unique machine in 1937. With brown and orange front casting accented by a silver horse emblem. At the top of the coin head are five small letters that spell the word "BONUS". If all five letters are up, players receive 18 coins. This feature is complete and working. The machine also includes the original cash box but has replacement reel strips. The cabinet and castings are clean and appear to have been restored. A late model cast iron Horse Head Bonus that plays and pays correctly. With original Mills Novelty key and lock.
