The Watling Manufacturing Co. produced these floor model upright slot machines from 1902-1910. This model features a nice oak cabinet with copper flashed castings. The colorful tin litho wheel appears to be original to the machine and shows significant wear. The front glass depicts two of the namesake Cupids, however, they appear to be sketched with a marker. A crack is apparent in the seam in the lower right hand corner of the wood surrounding the wheel and glass. The machine plays and pays but the musical component does not function. The two handles and flag window are iron but all other castings are replacements. Two keys are provided. Overall, a great looking machine with multiple replacement parts.
