An early trade stimulator, manufactured by Reliance Novelty Co. in 1896 to 1908 with a Mills Novelty Co. stamp printed on the paper within the marquee. Nickel plated cast iron, with an embossed floral design, mounted on a black wooden base. There are five cards, winners obtaining a certain hand similar to poker, can receive 1 to 100 cigars. In fine original condition, retaining the original cards. Two keys are included.
