H.F. MENTLEY JEWELER REVERSE PAINTED CLOCK

This c. 1910s clock made by Session Clock Company features a nice reverse painted glass panel from H.F. Mentley Jewelers of Middletown, New York. CONDITION: The gold lettering remains vibrant and shows only light imperfections to the paint. The black reverse painted background shows areas of paint loss and wear, namely in the top right and left corners above the clock face. The clock face shows specks of paint loss and discoloration in the field. The clock retains its pendulum inside the door.
