Serial No. 275498. Standard two band Springfield 32-5/8" barrel, has the 1873 breech block, caliber .45-70 govt. The barrel has been re-blued and retains most of the reapplied finish. Sam Porter inspection mark (SWP)on left side, 1884 date. Strong rifled bore with minor corrosion. Comes with bayonet.
