Approximately 65,000 of these pocket pistols were manufactured between 1918 and 1934. This is an early example with nine grooves on slide and no patent date on rib. Standard pistol features blued finish with black composite grips stamped "Remington UMC". This fine pistol retains approximately 95% original blue with muzzle wear, light high edge wear and some thinning to grip strap. Has anchor stamp on right trigger guard. One original magazine. Grips are near mint. Fine bore and action.
