All model 21s are special order, each made to the exact specifications of the buyer. This shotgun was made after the war. Features barrels that have full matted rib with twin beads, mirror bores and razor sharp legends. Choked full and modified. 98% of the expertly reapplied blue finish on frame and barrel. The walnut stocks feature a beavertail forend with pistol grip checkered straight comb with a custom Jenkins pad and plain pistol grip. Trigger is gold plated. The checkering on the forend is the type used in the 1950's and can be seen on page 123 in the "Winchester Model 21" book by Schwing. The checkering on the stock can be seen on page 120 and it is the pre-war style. Shotgun has all matching numbers. Locks up tight as a drum with no wiggle. Winchester research verifies.
