This is referred to as a .38 Safety Hammerless Fifth Model manufactured from 1907 to 1940. It is a five shot, double action only, tip-up frame, factory nickel finish, blued trigger guard and latch, case colored trigger and gold medallion Smith & Wesson pearl grips. Revolver shows no signs of having ever been fired. Cylinder has drag line and barrel has a couple age spots. Blue is brilliant and case colors are bright. Comes in its original red box with proper end label and matching serial number written in pencil on bottom. Solid 98% unfired, early Smith & Wesson with near mint factory pearls. From the G.
