Measures 29" high x 12-3/4" wide (actual poster size), double matted and framed. Metal band not visible, may be under framing. Titled "Not This Trip, Old Pal" and features a World War I doughboy about to join his marching unit, shutting the gate on his old hunting dog who is obviously used to going with him with rifle in hand, but not this time. He is holding his 1903 Springfield rifle in full uniform. The artist is Fuller(?). Has a complete pad. No signs of any inpainting or repairs. Original staples are a tad rusty. Overall near mint condition. This image was widely used by different advertisers during the first World War.
