Standard pre-war carbine has 20" round barrel with standing and folding leaf rear sight, full length stock with steel tip, butter knife bolt handle, and rotary magazine. Unusual features include Vienna style scope mounts, single trigger in rear position, and spring-loaded comb/ cheekpiece with release button on right side of butt for scope use. Stock is of nicely figured European walnut and measures 13 - 5/8" over ribbed steel buttplate with trap. Standard checkering is at grip and forend. Weight: 7 lbs 3 oz. CONDITION: Fine, original. Metal parts retain approximately 80% original blue with scattered flecking, silvered on high edges. Stock has most of what appears to be original finish with some added oil with numerous light marks. Checkering lightly worn. Bore is excellent. Action is smooth. MGM150.
