Long barrel model of the 1926 Walther flare pistol. These were used in all branches of the Reichswher. Standard markings with the addition of "N4002" on the left side of the frame. Commercial proofs on the right side of the barrel and frame. Matching numbers. Checkered wood grips. 9 inch barrel. Steel frame and barrel. PROVENANCE: The Renowned Collection of Howard Resnick. CONDITION: Retains 80% thinning blued finish overall with nice clear markings. Some very minor surface rust and pitting on the barrel. Wood grips are fine with minor handling marks. Bore is fine.
