Lot consists of: Gun (A) Made in 1943. Springfield manufactured M1 Garand has a Springfield marked barrel with an unreadable date. Gun has wood stock with "A" rebuild mark. Op rod and bolt are Springfield marked. Trigger group is all Springfield with Winchester marked sear. Original late sights and stamped trigger guard. Comes with green woven G.I. sling. CONDITION: Barrel retains 40% finish with poor bore. Action has 40% finish with a welded receiver. Wood has 70% of an old refinish. Gun has many usable parts but is not safe to shoot. Gun (B) Winchester made M-1 receiver made in 1943 rebarreled by Beretta in Italy to 7.62x51 and called the BM59. Gun has numerous U.S.G.I. parts including bolt, trigger group and op rod. Wood stock with plain finish. Comes with flash suppressor and military sights and sling and 20 round clip. CONDITION: Barrel has 70% parkerized finish remaining with poor bore. Receiver has 70% parkerized finish left with a welded receiver. Wood has 70% finish with light handling marks. Mechanically unsound with many usable parts.
