This fine rifle is standard in all respects with octagon barrel, full magazine, sporting front sight, semi-buckhorn rear sight, blue finish, rifle butt, and walnut stocks. CONDITION: Well cared for and remains in all original condition. The barrel and magazine retain approximately 80% factory blue finish that is drifting and blending patina. The frame retains about 40% dulling blue and drifting to smooth patina with some light wiped on finish. The case colors on the hammer and lever have patterned and nickled out. Stocks are excellent, proud to metal, original finish with some handling marks. Strong cut rifling with slightly frosted grooves. Fine action. Just a nice clean used classic '73 rifle in the best caliber.
