Lot consists of a German Luger and a German LP-42 flare signal pistol. (A) Manufactured by DWM in 1916. All external numbers matching. Imperial eagles found on left side of toggle and right side of receiver. Front grip strap is marked "E.B.R.246. 6.". Complete with 1916 dated "C. Holste & Co." holster, stripping tool, and three additional magazines. CONDITION: Metal components show scattered wear and handling marks. Grips show areas of loss and handling marks. Bore is bright and retains good rifling. (B) LP-42 Flare pistol manufactured by C. u. W. Meinel-Scholer. Left side of receiver is stamped with the serial number and manufacturer's code "euh". Waffenamt "WaA68" found on left side of frame. Pistol is of steel construction with bakelite grips. CONDITION: Metal components have turned a gun metal grey patina and show scattered handling marks. Grips show areas of loss. Bore shows pitting, but not enough to hinder performance.
