Interesting gun in that it is marked on the receiver ring "2/ banner WALTHER/ Sportmodell/ I/26". Also has "I/26" stamped into the left side of the butt. The meaning of this stamping is unknown. Dural trigger guard. Single shot. Made without bayonet lug. Brown leather sling. Commercial proofs. CONDITION: Retains 95% finish. All markings are clear. Wood is fine with minor handling marks. Fine bore with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. GR
