Includes very colorful and crisp original box. CONDITION: Box is complete with very little wear. Toy itself has bright shiny litho, original stack and back door. Some minor scratching on sides of house and one scratch to back green base, overall excellent to near mint condition. From the Jeff Landes Collection.
