Colt Commercial Model 1911 semi-automatic pistol made in 1915. Blued slide with two-line address and patents on left side and "Colt Automatic Calibre 45" with rampant Colt on right side. Slide being from a later date commercial gun. Colt internal parts and external parts. Blued frame with "C" in front of serial number, non-factory knurled backstrap with lanyard loop. Walnut diamond checkered grips. Comes with factory letter and two-tone clip. CONDITION: 70% blue on later factory finished slide possibly replaced at some point. 50% blue on frame with some handling dings and marks. Grips are replacements with 90% original finish. Replaced knurled mainspring housing. Spring guide has added silicon buffer. Possibly replaced barrel bushing. Good bore and mechanics. Nice looking rig. DLM
