Blued octagonal to round to octagonal barrel, with wedding rings at girdles, with brass bead front sight dovetailed in horizontally, U notch rear sight dovetailed rear sight. Side lever opener. Strawed set trigger in spurred trigger guard. Blued frame with Crown B U proofs, barrel with 6.3mm (.22) caliber designation, Crown BUG proofs. 2 pieced checkered walnut grips with backstrap spur. Faceted pommel with turned finial. Marked on underside of barrel with "MADE IN GERMANY" and top of barrel with "A.F. STOEGER, INC. NEW=YORK CITY.". CONDITION: Very good. Barrel retains most of its blued finish with some rubbing to silver in a few areas, primarily on right side of round turning with a few other minor marks. Frame is good with some old inactive oxidation, primarily on left side, and silvering on front of frame. Plenty of straw of trigger. Grips are good with some scattered abrasions to checkering. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore has strong rifling and some oxidation. EW
