Manufactured 1950. Standard configuration of a Super 38 with narrow hammer with serrated small parts, blade and notch rear sights, serrated trigger. Smooth arched mainspring housing. Engraved in nearly complete coverage of flowing scroll on a punch dot background and nickel plated by David Wade Harris out of Texas, signed on right side around hammer pin. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity by from David. CONDITION: Excellent as embellished with virtually all of the nickel plating retained. Some minor marks throughout from handling and operation. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling and some abrasion toward muzzle. EW
