A truly unique piece and entirely handmade Kentucky type underhammer percussion rifle. Smoothbore handmade half multi-faceted half octagon barrel with rifle sights. Percussion homemade underhammer ignition system. Plain maple full stock with brass hardware including a round patchbox with an interesting slide latch. Stock has asterisk markings with line carving. A truly different and interesting firearm. CONDITION: Metal has aged patina fading to a silvery color. Brass has unpolished look with some surface blemishes. Wood has aged look with dings and marks. Dark bore with sticky mechanics. DLM
