Lot consists of (A) L.C. Smith "IDEAL" Grade side by side shotgun made by Hunter Arms Company in 1913. London Steel barrels with matted rib and bead front sight with extractors. Case hardened Regular Frame with Ideal Grade floral engraving with automatic safety and double triggers. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with bakelite buttplate and pistol grip cap. Walnut splinter forearm with friction release forearm. CONDITION: Metal fading to silvery patina with 40% fading blue and action worn to silvery patina. Stock has reapplied varnish with cracking around action. Forearm is a possible replacement. Shootable bores with good lockup and mechanics. Slight dent in left barrel. (B) LeFever "G" Grade side by side double barrel shotgun made in Syracuse, New York by LeFever Arms Company circa 1900. Damascus steel barrels with matted rib and bead front sight and ejectors. Case hardened action with scroll engraving, cocking indicators, and double triggers. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with LeFever logo hard rubber buttplate and grip cap. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with decorative steel medallion and friction release. Good bores and mechanics. DLM
