Colt Service Model Ace semi-automatic pistol. Made 1941. This gun has a boxed "W B" inspectors cartouche on the left side of the frame. 2-line company address and patent dates on the left side of the slide. Right side has typical model markings and "ACE" in a diamond. Standard blade front sight and adjustable U-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Checkered wood grips. Includes 1 original 2-tone blued steel magazine, with correct factory markings on the bottom. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its original finish with a few spots of heavy finish wear. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light finish wear. JWA
