H.S. Precision manufactures these fine rifles off of Remington 700 actions, using an interrupted thread design and a retracting bolt controlled by a Deely style release to lock the barrel and action together, while still allowing rapid takedown and even caliber changes. This example is the Tactical model with fluted barrel and HS Precision adjustable stock with adjustable LOP and cheek height, palm swell. Mounted with a Leupold Mark 4 10x fixed power scope with mil-dot reticle. Barrel has been engraved "308 Win" "H-S Precision, Inc" and "2258". CONDITION: Overall excellent, showing only very minor signs of careful range use. Metal pairs retain virtually all of their factory black with a few minor scuffs, minor silvering, probably shop wear. Polymer stock is commensurate condition with some minor scuffing, probably range wear. Takedown works appropriately, mechanically fine, bore is excellent with crisp rifling. Glass is clear.
