Lot contains: (A) A post-WWII Swiss stoneware pitcher representing an assault rifle shoot (Sturmgewehrschiessen) in the canton of Thurgau (towns of Hefenhofen and Dozwil). CONDITION: Overall excellent. (B) A 1939 dated Third Reich "RAD" (Reichsarbeitdienst) half liter (marked "0.5L") beer stein in stoneware stating "Zur Erinnerung an Meine Arbeitsdientzeit" (In Remembrance of my Work Duty Time) in "Wiltingen, Saar" with RAD unit "7/240". The pewter lid has a RAD emblem as the thumb piece and a RAD member embossed on the lid. Light stains. CONDITION: Overall excellent. (C) A striking early Third Reich stoneware half liter (marked "0.5L") beer stein stating "Zur Erinnerrung an meine Dienstzeit" (In Remembrance of my Duty Time) with 3 scenes presenting a 1930s German infantryman, and a 2-man crew manning a mortar and heavy machine gun. The pewter lid has an embossed 3-man heavy MG crew, the same remembrance message, the soldier's name of "Gefr. Frick" and his unit of "17. (M.G.) Komp. E. / IR 21." (17th Company Machine Gun of the 21st Infantry Regiment). CONDITION: Overall excellent. WEZ
