Lot consists of: (A) .31 caliber, five-shot cylinder, Ells patent revolver. 3" octagonal barrel with no serial number. Steel finish with slab walnut grips. "ELLS PATENT" with 1854 and 1857 patent dates on hammer. Engraved with simple vine and sunburst patterns. (B) .45 caliber screw barrel English single shot percussion pistol with no trigger guard. (C) .45 caliber screw barrel single shot percussion English pistol. (D) .45-70 trapdoor bayonet scabbard. CONDITION: Fair overall. Mixed formerly polished metal now turned to grey gunmetal with some oxidized patina. Grips show typical handling dings and finish loss. All three firearms are mechanically functioning with some sticky mainsprings. Bores are poor to fair; could clean to better. BRM.
