Manufactured in 1976. Polished blue finish throughout, the slide very tastefully relief engraved in classic German oak leaf and acorn pattern over a tight punch dot background. Chamber has been polished and engraved in a crosshatch pattern. Grips are attractive aftermarket checkered walnut with "WALTHER" banners. A set of original checkered black plastic grips are also included, as is the matching factory box with manual and cleaning rod. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Excellent. Only a few scattered marks present. Very fine bright bore. Mechanically fine. Box has some separation along the edges.
