Manufactured circa 1930 with features including blue finish, color case hardened small parts, recessed sights, and checkered walnut grips featuring a Rampant Colt in a medallion on either side. Normal rollmarks on either side of slide. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Excellent, with a vast majority of the original blue finish remaining with scattered light handling marks. Small parts retain brilliant case colors. Grips show no major signs of distress. Gripscrew escutcheon shows minor verdigris. Mechanically fine. Bore is frosted with sharp rifling.
