Made at Spreewerk circa 1944 with "j" block serial number. Blued 4 - 7/8" round barrel with standard sights. Matching blued finish "cyq" code slide and frame with Spreewerke "(Eagle) / 88" proofs with correct unnumbered "(Eagle) / 88" code Spreewerke marked magazine. Factory brown resin 2-piece grips. All matching numbers, except magazine, with no import markings. Please note that this P38 has been a part of numerous 1st place displays at major gun shows, including Wannemacher's Tulsa Arms Show. CONDITION: Overall 98% original military finish. Good grips with sharp serrations. Good mechanics and bright bore with visible rifling. Markings filled white for visibility.
