Offered by Smith & Wesson from 1881 to 1913, all frames manufactured prior to 1899. Blued finish. 6 - 1/2" ribbed barrel with 2-line address and half moon front sight. Cylinder chambered in .44 S&W. Grips are 2-piece diamond checkered S&W monogrammed hard rubber. CONDITION: Good. Traces of original blue are retained with an overall cleaned gunmetal patina. Grips show wear with scattered impressions. Bore is bright with strong, well-defined rifling and some minor pitting. Mechanically fine. Full matching serial numbers observed on frame, cylinder, latch, and scratched inside the right grip.
