Circa 1910. Finished in high polish blue with nitre blue small parts. Scarce 4 - 1/2" barrel chambered in .44-40 with blade front sight and 2-line address. 2-piece checkered hard rubber "COLT" grips and lanyard loop butt. CONDITION: Very good. The vast majority of the factory blue is retained thinning on the straps, surface scratching, and some freckling. Strong nitre blue displayed on the sides of trigger, top of hammer, and screw heads. Grips have scattered nicks and a repaired chip on the right base. Strong bore with areas of frosting. Crisp mechanics.
