Commercial finish blue with standard Mark IV features to include an octagon barrel, Webley black composite grips, no lanyard, matching numbers. Top strap has "Webley & Scott Birmingham" with wing logo and "MADE IN ENGLAND" on right side of barrel. Butt is stamped "tpf o.16" for the Toronto Police Force. CONDITION. Excellent. 90% plus blue, sharp legends, fine action with bright bore.
