Manufactured circa 1880s with 7" barrel chambered in .44 M.H. & Co., blade front sight, and "V" notch rear sight. Mounted with 2 piece ivory grips. Backstrap is professionally inscribed "T. MERODIO". Factory engraved in near full coverage with punchdot floral scroll with pointer on left side plate in his own vignette. Matching "1369" assembly numbers observed on frame, cylinder, barrel, and partial numbered "69" on each grip panel. CONDITION: Good, with all finish turned a gray patina with scattered freckling and heavy wear. Engraving is worn but easily visible. Grips are well worn and have minor chip at right toe but no major cracks. Mechanically fine. Bore is dark.
