Third Reich Polizei Tschako with a Feldgrau wool body, with very light nap wear throughout. black patent leather top has light crazing throughout, and black leather body trim has light scuffs. The black vulkanfibre front and rear visor, as well as the dark green undersides, have very light wear. Aluminum front plate is attached with undisturbed aluminum washers, brass screws and nuts, and along with the aluminum field badge, present only very light wear. National colors exhibit most of their paint. Field badge is marked "1940 / J.F.S.". All 4 vent screens are present. Black leather chinstrap with aluminum fittings, as well aluminum mounting posts, have light wear. Tan leather liner is intact with a few breaks. Leather chinstrap is present but out of place. Top cover is very nicely marked in the center with a size "55 - 1/2", and is marked "H. BECKER & Co / G.M.B.H. / BERLIN C2". CONDITION: Good.
