"PATENT" in ribbon below pointer engraving. Double triggers protected by a horn trigger guard with metal reinforcement at fore. Cocking indicators on top of tang, automatic safety with "S" engraved ahead of slide. Action flats with serial number, December 1963 date of manufacture, and discrete Simpson import stamp.
