Manufactured by the Inland division of General Motors between January and August of 1945. Full parkerized finish. Inland barrel dated "11-44" with milled protected blade front sight and late style "PI" marked adjustable aperture rear sight. Round bolt. Inland marked trigger group with push button safety and "M" stamped magazine catch. I-cut high wood walnut stock marked "RMC" for Rock-Ola with crisp circle "P" firing proof on the grip. "IO" marked 2 rivet top wood retained by a "SI" marked bayonet lug barrel band. No magazine present. CONDITION: Fine. Carbine retains more than 90% of its arsenal finish with only light wear. Stocks are very fine with crisp markings and only light handling marks. Very good bore with well defined rifling. ME of 1. Fine mechanics.
