Very desirable lot of German MG-34 accessories, including a rare “music stand” type AA tripod. This tripod can be used for any of the German machine guns with the matching collar-type fixture. Other desirable accessories include an MG-34 top cover converted to take an MG-15 75 round saddle drum, an original World War II saddle drum, a very scarce and sought-after original "scissors" loader for the saddle drum, and white metal saddle drum unloading tool. Also included in this lot are an original paint 50 round assault drum carrier with two original WWII maker marked drums, an original wood bullet firing MG-34, training barrel, an MG-34 bolt takedown tool, and an MG-34 AA spider sight. CONDITION: Tripod is mostly a brown patina with some areas of original paint, which with some appropriate effort would clean up very nicely. The hard rubber bumper on top is not present, but the screws to retain it are. Saddle drum has very fine original finish, as does blank firing barrel and loading tools. Top cover has shiny lusterous refinish. This lot contain very desirable and hard to find accessories for the MG-34. JWK 2024-09-015.
